After seeing some recommendations from people I knew about Muscle Worx I decided to book in, and what can I say except WOW Twain really knows his stuff! I’ve had plenty of massages over the years and this was by far the best I’ve ever had. He literally targeted what felt like every muscle I have that connected to my problem area and where the pain was coming from and why,he explained absolutely every muscle as he went. I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. No doubt in my mind where I’ll be booking into again.
I’ve just got home from my first appointment at Muscleworx. 5 years ago - my lower back started hurting. After a few disappointing visits to physios, and a lot of money on chiropractors, I think I’ve found my solution. The cause of my pain has never been explained to me before so I’ve never known what I need to do or see to get better. Today I was shown what is probably 98% of the problem, what I can do to help myself and some seriously strong treatment to get me on the straight and narrow. Great advice, I was comfortable from the word go, even in my pants! I’m already on the phone telling everyone I know to give it a go because I’ve seriously been impressed. I actually can’t wait for my next appointment - and I can’t wait to get better!
